Is it safe to place an order on the internet?

Soufeel.com is dedicated to providing secure online payment methods through the use of safety precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized use. We use the latest security technology, which includes data encryption, server authentication, and message integrity which is similar to keeping your PayPal and credit card information in a bank vault.

For some countries, such as Malaysia, we use a 3-D Secure technology that consists of the programs verified by Visa. After you enter your credit card details in our online store, a new window will appear, requesting your personal security code. Your financial institution will authenticate the transaction within seconds, as well as confirm that you are the individual making the purchase.

When you make a card transaction, you should never be asked for your PIN number or online banking password. Your PIN should only be used on cash machines and physical, point-of-sale terminals such as a supermarket check-out. However, when you are making a payment online, you will be asked for the 3 or 4 digit security code ('CVV2 code'), which is usually found on the back of your card. We do not store your card details after the transaction has been completed.
