1. How to download SOUFEEL App?
- If you're using iPhone, please download it from App Store.
- If you're using an Android mobile phone, you will be able to search on Google Play.
2. How to register on SOUFEEL App?
- Open your Mobile App and go to Account.
- Click on "Sign In/Sign Up" and choose "Sign Up" if you don't have a Soufeel account yet. If a Soufeel account is already issued to you, just input your email address as well as password and click on "Sign In".
- Alternatively, you may also use our website and click on "Login" on the upper right of the page.
3. I am having trouble using the coupon code.
- Please check the terms and conditions of the coupons regarding redemption eligibility (expiry date, exclusions, etc) and see if it's applicable to the items in the cart.
- Please note that different coupons and discounts/promotions cannot be used together in one order.
