- Personalized Products: These are products that require you to upload a picture(s) or type in words that you want to be engraved into specially made-to-order products. The processing time would be the handcrafting time displayed on the product detail page. An example is the photo watch which requires 5-7 business days to handcraft. A name necklace requires 3-4 business days. Handcrafting requires a certain amount of time due to the customization work involved. The processing time may also vary on different products due to the workmanship involved.
- Classic Products: Classic items includes the finished charms beads and require no personalized involvement. Processing time is 24-48 hours.
2. How to get product detail information on soufeel.com directly? Let's take the two products CHARM, NECKLACE and refer to the product "DETAILS" below as an example.
- Title of Products: From the title, you can identify the product category "Charm" (without chain) or "Necklace" (with chain) and the material is "silver" or "stainless steel". Product photos include the first main photos. Photos of alternative views and angles or in-use images.
- A high-resolution photo is required: When uploading a photo, please also pay attention to the "common mistakes". These mistakes may affect the processing time and the final finished product.
- Expand Product "DETAILS +": On each product detail page, you can get more information such as the material used, weight, dimensions and etc...
