Can I expedite shipping after placing the order?

1. Shipping Rates & Time

As of the moment, we only have 2-3 options for shipping: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. We can ship worldwide, let's take the Shipping Rates & Time to the USA as an example:

Please note: 

The Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.

Processing time: Normally 3-6 business days to process your order before shipment and may vary on different products. Please refer to the product detail page. 

2.Expedite Shipping Now: 

If you want to get faster delivery, you can choose express shipping when ordering online, OR expedite shipping on unfilled orders. This is applicable for those orders which haven't reached "packaging", and the following "Ready to Dispatch”, "Order Sent to Carrier" and “shipped” status, please follow the steps below:

  • 1st, please click on the "Track Order" to get the latest order status. If the tracking result is already at/or passed the "Packaging" process, the shipping method may not be able to be changed, as minutes or hours later the status will be "Order Sent to Carrier" after packaging.
  • 2nd, if your order has not reached the "Packaging" stage (Meaning the status of the order shows order received, confirmed order, or quality checking), that means the shipping method can still be changed at this point. So, please click on "Change Shipping", and follow the directions to get the most updated order status first, and then review the shipping address to pay the postage difference online after you "Confirm Modification". You will aslo be directed to submit a modification ticket to our service team.
  • (Please note: The postage for the express shipping will be different based on the flat shipping rate paid already and the shipping address)
  • 3rd, once our service team receive your modification request and the postage, we will email you back with a confirmation within 24 hours.
