What if I don't see my order in my account?

We can add it for you! Contact us with your order number as well as the email address associated with your purchase (information must match), and we will be glad to add it to your account history.

The reason why you cannot see your order records is that you may not have "sign in" when ordering. Please ensure registration and should be in a login status upon ordering, so that our web system can recognize your order under your account. You can check the order record when logging in your account, and track the order status through the use of your email address.
